I’ve been with Great Florida Insurance for over 12 years while living in Miami-Dade, always impressed by the quality of their customer service. Now relocating to Pensacola, I shopped around again - and found myself back with Great Florida, this time working with Ashley Stephens. Your not r going to find a better insurance company in Pensacola. I'm old school and like to speak to the person I'm doing business with and they do what they say they're going to do and make sure I am compliant and up to date. After being ghosted by my 'Legacy' provider, and their inaction resulting in a policy lapse, Ashley although unable to find comparative quote herself; understood my situation and provided me solid guidance in resolving. I truly appreciate her compassion and efforts, and will be reaching back out and shopping policies across all applicable assets as those policies expire.

Linda Stephens is very professional and very patient. She is ALWAYS very prompt and takes the time to explain every detail. She responds back to all emails and voicemails. Linda has been assisting us with our insurance for quite some time and we have always had a positive experience. We recommended Linda to our daughter and she was also very pleased.
